We collect information you provide directly: (a) Account Information - your email address and profile data from Google OAuth; (b) User Content - images, screenshots, and notes you upload; (c) Usage Data - how you interact with our service, including features used and timestamps.
We use your information to: (a) Provide and maintain the MeAct service; (b) Process your content through OCR and AI models to extract text, generate summaries, and create actionable tasks; (c) Improve our service through aggregated, anonymized analytics; (d) Communicate with you about service updates and support.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) AI Service Providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) - your content may be processed by third-party AI models to provide core functionality; (b) Cloud Infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel) - for hosting and storage; (c) Legal Requirements - when required by law or to protect our rights.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
